Frequency of Causeway Link shuttle bus services to increase during peak hours from May 11

The frequency of bus services at Woodlands Checkpoint during peak hours is now increased, announced operator Causeway Link in a Facebook post on Wednesday (May 10).

Available from 4am to 8am, and 5pm to 10pm, passengers can expect a shorter waiting time of five minutes for buses CW1 and CW2 which terminate at Johor Bahru Sentral Station. This is a decrease from the previous waiting time of about 10 to 15 minutes.

Buses CW1 and CW2 start from Kranji MRT and Queen Street Terminal respectively.

The waiting time for bus CW5 – which starts at Newton Circus and stops at Johor Bahru Custom –  will also be reduced from 30 to 20 minutes.

On Apr 27, the bus bay was relocated next to the pick-up location for factory buses, chartered buses, and express buses.

The new boarding bay can be “easily accessed” by going straight after going down from the escalator, near the Land Transport Authority counter, said Causeway Link.
