The March Holidays are finally here, and there’s no better way to start it than having a good weekend out!

Here are five things to do this weekend (March 11-13):

1. Be wowed by Lego-work

Calling all Lego fans!

More than 50 Lego models of the world’s most iconic landmarks will be available for viewing at the Science Centre Singapore from this weekend! These landmarks include Singapore’s very own Merlion and the Golden Gate Bridge from California.

The entire exhibition involves over 1.4 million Lego bricks that took the team of Lego brick artists 5,000 hours to create. Standard tickets are priced at S$23 each, and can be booked here

2. Have a fun day out at Sentosa

This year, Sentosa is celebrating its Golden Jubilee so what better way to join in the fun by visiting it!

Other than Universal Studios Singapore and Adventure Cove (which are without a doubt a hit among youths), you can also head down to its beaches or have a walk at Fort Siloso.

Alternatively, grab some pals to try the HydroDash Aqua Park or take some pictures with celebrities at Madame Tussauds Singapore!

3. Say hello to Le Le

It has been nearly seven months now, but Singapore’s first giant panda cub Le Le has finally made his public debut earlier this week! Stationed at the Giant Panda Forest exhibit at Mandai River Wonders, you can now see Le Le roaming the exhibit freely with his mother, Jia Jia.

In anticipation of the panda cub’s exploration of his new habitat, the exhibit was baby proofed by the animal care team at River Wonders, with potential risks removed.

4. Spend $1 on ice cream

Yup, some ice cream still only costs $1.

Case in point: this soft serve cone from Mixue, a famous Chinese ice cream and tea chain that has made its way to Singapore. With over 20,000 outlets worldwide, it’s no wonder it’s such a hit! Not to mention, the entire menu is also relatively affordable, with the most expensive item costing only S$3.50.

Mixue’s first outlet in Singapore is located in Grantral Mall in Clementi, and a second one is slated to open soon at Bugis Village.

5. Order food from a new delivery service

Move over GrabFood and FoodPanda, there’s another competitor in the market – Livingmenu. Livingmenu is a Singapore based food tech innovator focusing on building food delivery 3.0. It aims to deliver the best and most affordable meals from Singapore’s local hawkers and independent eateries with no minimum order and no hidden cost.

So if you’re lazing at home this weekend and hunger suddenly strikes, give Livingmenu a try!
