In celebration of its 90th anniversary, fans of the brand are invited to build and take pictures with their own LEGO creations.

Customers who meet minimum purchase requirements can redeem free gifts, which include a limited edition Cars set, a 90th anniversary water bottle and a Tropical Parrot set.

The store is located at Level 1, East Court 1 and will be there till Jun 19.

4. Adopt a dog

Calling all dog lovers! Spend your Sunday afternoon with cute fur friends from Action for Singapore Dogs (ASD).

Called the A-Dog-tion Drive, there will be over 20 dogs, including young puppies and older HDB-approved local cross breed adult dogs.

If you are looking to rehome a dog, there will also be Adoption Counsellors to assist you with any enquiries.

The adoption drive will be held at AIBI Maxwell at 30 Maxwell Road, Singapore 069114, from 12pm to 4pm. The nearest MRT station is Tanjong Pagar MRT station.

5. Experience iconic technology of the past at the National Museum of Singapore

From sleek smartphones to laptops, technology is inextricably linked to our daily lives today. But what came before these gadgets, and how did life look like then?

Get a glimpse of this era that predates smart devices in the National Museum of Singapore’s latest experiential showcase, Off / On: Everyday Technology that Changed Our Lives, 1970s–2000s, and be transported back to a time where gadgets such as pagers, payphones and typewriters were among the technologies that were widely used.

Off / On also transforms into an escape room at night, where visitors can pre-register in groups of minimally three and up to 10 participants each time, to explore the showcase space through the popular and interactive format of an escape room game.

Participants will “journey” through time in the gallery to decipher clues that will help uncover a secret technological device that can help prevent a mass shutdown of the world’s technology.

The exhibition will run till Oct 30. It is located at the Exhibition Gallery, Basement Level.
