Whether you’re planning on staying in this weekend or venturing out, there’s plenty of activities for you to do!

Here are five things to do this weekend (Jul 22 to 24):

1. Try KFC’s new satay-flavoured chicken

Called the KFC Satay Crunch, the newest menu item features chickens marinated in a blend of turmeric glaze. Each meal also comes with satay sauce with generous amounts of crushed peanuts.

A complete set meal ($8.95) will consist of two pieces of satay-flavoured chicken along with peanut sauce, whipped potato, coleslaw and a coke.

The KFC Satay Crunch is available for dine-in, takeaway or KFC Delivery at all restaurants except KFC Singapore Polytechnic, National Technological University, and Singapore Zoo.

2. Check out Skechers’ Demon Slayer collection

#Slay with the latest Skechers X Demon Slayer collection which features four designs for both men and women, each bearing motifs reflective of the four main characters from the show.

It features two different types of sneakers from Skechers, namely the Stamina V2 and Global Jogger series, each pair retailing at $159.

The collection is now available on Lazada, on the Skechers website and stores islandwide.

3. Attend an online exhibition by The Unskilled Boy

Seventeen-year-old artist Alex Lim, also known as The Unskilled Boy, will present his second solo exhibition online on his website as well as his Instagram and Facebook page from Jul 22 to Aug 4.

Favourite local delights like chwee kueh, siew mai, chicken rice and chilli crab will be part of this line-up and will be available for sale at prices ranging from $65 to $80.

4. Catch Kwa Geok Choo the play at Victoria Theatre

Everyone knows her as the wife of Lee Kuan Yew and mother of Lee Hsien Loong. But what do we know about Kwa Geok Choo?

Written by Ovidia Yu and directed by Toy Factory Productions’ Chief Artistic Director Goh Boon Teck, the theatrical piece follows Kwa Geok Choo from girlhood and early romance to life as political wife and mother; and top conveyancing lawyer and main breadwinner of the Lee Family. It explores how it might have felt to be, as Lee Kuan Yew himself said, smarter than he but forever limited by gender to a secondary role.

Catch the last few shows this weekend at Victoria Theatre! Tickets start from $58 and can be purchased via SISTIC.

5. Indulge in Burger King’s Rendang Burger series
