Valentine’s Day is around the corner! 

But if you are going to be packed with work on Feb 14  – it is a dreaded Monday after all –  then this weekend would be the perfect time to celebrate the season of love with your significant other. 

Here are five things to do this weekend (Feb 11 to 13): 

1. Take couple photos

Instagrammable backgrounds are all the rage in Singapore now, so a perfect date idea this weekend can be to iWan Studio, a new photography studio

At 6000 square feet, it is one of the biggest studios in Singapore. The space is divided into 11 distinct zones with more than 20 immersive themes such as Black and White 2D Illustration, Floral Parisian Garden and Space Tunnel. 

Additionally, the studio has over 200 outfits and accessories for you to try so you can enhance that picture-perfect shot! Bookings can be made here and entry fees start from S$29.90.

2. Sip on pastel coloured lattes

Looking for a new cosy place for an advance Valentine’s date? Then consider Pazzion Cafe which recently relocated from Jewel Changi Airport to Ngee Ann City. 

Their signature pastel-coloured lattes (S$5.50 each) with flavours such as rose, taro and butterfly pea still packs a punch and promises to be the perfect aesthetic for your Instagram feed. 3. Buy a fried chicken bouquet

4. Soak at an onsen

Joya Onsen, a relatively new Japanese-style bathhouse and spa located in Jurong, makes the perfect place to go to this weekend for a pre-Valentine’s Day activity! 

The spa has various facilities including a private and public onsen bath, ice bath, and sauna. Prices for the public onsen starts from S$38. Do note that you will have to bring your own towels as there won’t be any provided due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
