Five things to do this weekend (Apr 1-3)
Discover the best things to do this weekend.
It’s April Fools but the line-up for this weekend is no joke! There’s definitely something for everyone, regardless of age.
Start off this month on the right foot with these five things to do this weekend (April 1-3):
1. Catch Sonic the Hedgehog 2 in theatres

The Blue Blur is back! This time, with his new-found friend Tails and a formidable opponent, Knuckles.
Catch Sonic and friends in action as they embark on a quest to find the Master Emerald before it falls into the hands of Dr. Robotnik.
Now showing in cinemas, Sonic the Hedgehog 2 is definitely a show not to be missed.
2. Pull a prank on your friends

Out of ideas for this year’s April Fools? Why not try Nasty Cookie’s Cookie Fries!
Available for purchase from now till Apr 30, the “fries” come in three different flavours – Original, Strawberry, and Chocolate. There’s also BBQ (Nutella), Ketchup (Strawberry), and Curry sauce (Biscoff) to choose from.
A single serving costs $5 while a box with all three flavours costs $20.
3. Visit Jennie’s Jentle Garden

A collaborative series between BLACKPINK’s Jennie and eyewear brand Gentle Monster, the Jentle Garden pop-up will be showing for the last weekend in Singapore.
Head on down to ION Orchard, Level 1 Atrium to have a look at the full collection!
It’s also your last chance to snag the exclusive package ‘BIRDS OF PARADISE’ ($3,253), which includes seven eyewear pieces selected by Jennie, complete with the star’s autograph on the box.
4. Go Easter egg hunting

Jurong Bird Park’s signature Easter event will return this April, with a line-up of 12 themed activities for families, such as an egg hunt, a maze, and a community art installation and workshop.
Local residents can enjoy 20 per cent off their admission tickets, which will cost $34.20 for adults (usual price $38), $22.50 for children aged three to 12 (usual price $25) and $20 for senior citizens.
Booking for tickets and more details can be found here.
5. Make a perfume based on your personality type

Located at Beach Station at Sentosa, Scentopia is Singapore’s first augmented reality (AR) perfume-making experience that allows visitors to do a personality test and use it as a guide in discovering their own scent.
These test questions include, “What is your idea of a perfect Saturday night?” and “What is the best compliment you received from your boss?”.
After getting the results, visitors can proceed to choose 10 scent wands from a selection of over 6000 scent wands to create the fragrance.
The perfume-making is priced at $95 for 50ml and $125 for 100ml. The package will also include the AR exhibit experience. Bookings can be done through their website.
