Five-room Ang Mo Kio HDB flat resold for $1.01 million

A five-room HDB flat at 310B Teck Ghee Vista along Ang Mo Kio Ave 1 was recently sold for $1.01 million in November.

According to property site Edgeprop, the unit was sold by its owner Derek Yap, a real estate agent himself. Derek added that there were more than 10 keen buyers who viewed the unit since it was put on sale six months ago. 

The unit measuring 1,302 sq ft is located on a high floor between the 25th and 27th storey. It has a remaining lease of 90 years and 11 months. 

The unit offers panoramic views to the nearby Bishan-Ang Mo Kio Park and is two bus stops from Ang Mo Kio MRT station and the AMK Hub shopping mall. 

The future Teck Ghee MRT station on the Cross Island Line will be a stone’s throw away too when ready. There are also at least three schools in the vicinity of the flat, including Ang Mo Kio Primary School, Ang Mo Kio Secondary School and Mayflower Secondary School.

Back in July, a five-room HDB flat in Clementi was purchased for S$1.04m, with the full sum paid in cash.

It is located within Clementi Towers, part of the Clementi integrated transport hub which includes Clementi Mall, Clementi MRT station and the bus interchange.
