There will also be a Sport Singapore’s Active Health Discovery zone where you can use their interactive self-assessment kiosks or even take part in regular workshops conducted by Active Health coaches.

Amy Chong, Division Head of Active Healths says: “Active Health hopes to empower the community to take ownership of their own health and keep active. The self-assessment kiosks are a good tool for any individual to understand more about their fitness levels and gain appropriate tips to suit their lifestyle and their level of readiness.

“We have received encouraging feedback from participants who went through the assessments and we look forward to contributing towards growing the sporting community in Northshore.”
