Chic yet comfortable.
Japanese high fashion brand Evisu has teamed up with board game MONOPOLY to release an apparel line as well as two uniquely designed MONOPOLY game boxes.
The iconic Evisu motifs and the daicock logo have been modified to feature a more prosperous-looking Mr Monopoly with thick earlobes, along with dollar bills floating around him. The Evisu logo has also been changed to ‘EVI$U’, to symbolise wealth.
The apparel collection consists of 12 items, including a denim jacket, bomber jacket, jeans, sweatshirts, a hoodie, t-shirts, a crossbody pouch and more.
Here’s a quick look at some of the items:
Prices start at $159 for t-shirts, $335 for sweatshirts, $405 for hoodies, $699 for jeans and $579 for jackets.
There’s also the Special Edition Wooden Box Monopoly Board Game ($160) which resembles a treasure chest and the Regular Paper Box Monopoly Board Game ($70).
While the two games are available for purchase, you can also get them as a complimentary gift with a minimum spending of $1,570 and $700 respectively.
To play along with the MONOPOLY theme, customers who spend over $360 with a minimum of one piece from the Evisu x MONOPOLY collection can win a Chance Card and redeem a special gift.
