Eggslut celebrates 1st anniversary with limited edition dishes
It’s an egg-stravaganza you won’t want to miss.
If you’ve been craving for some new food to try, we’ve got just the thing. Sep 9 will mark Eggslut’s first year in Singapore, and the brand has an egg-citing menu lineup prepared.
Eggslut has partnered with Paul Longworth, founder and chef de cuisine of the Michelin-starred French restaurant Rhubarb Le Restaurant, to develop four gourmet dishes for the occasion; all featuring the brand’s signature bright yellow egg.
For one day only on Sep 4, enjoy two new dishes with a French twist at Eggslut’s flagship store at Scotts Square. Rhubarb’s Sandwich is Chef Paul’s take on Eggslut’s iconic Fairfax sandwich, and will include soft-scrambled eggs, beetroot-cured salmon trout, red onion and spicy horseradish sauce on a brioche bun.
Meanwhile, the Popcorn Mousse Slut is Eggslut’s version of Rhubarb Le Restaurant’s seasonal dish Emulsion, and has been designed to be a comforting, soup-like combination of egg, carrots and chorizo with a buttery popcorn mousse.
There will be an eggs-tremely limited quantity of these dishes, so you’d better scramble down to Scotts Square early on Sep 4 if you want to get a taste!

From Sep 9 to Oct 31, Eggslut Singapore will also be offering limited-time menu items for the first time: the Avocado and Prawn Sandwich and Panna Cotta Slut.
The Avocado and Prawn Sandwich will pair grilled tiger prawns and an over-medium egg, topped with avocado slices, cheddar, sweet chilli mayo and a garlic chilli lime glaze for a buttery and earthy combination.
To complement the flavour eggs-plosion of the previous dish is the Panna Cotta Slut, which aims to be the first dessert on the reataurant’s Singapore menu. A mango passionfruit sphere encased in a bed of vanilla and hazelnut panna cotta, this dessert make for a sweeter and softer flavour to close out your meal – all while keeping the egg aesthetic.
Eggslut is open daily from 8am to 10pm at Scotts Square, #1-12.
