Durex to hold talks and workshops on safe sex at ‘Durex Academy Open House’ on Jun 24
A step away from conventional sex education focusing on abstinence and STIs.
Young adults can learn more about safe sex through workshops and talks at the Durex Academy Open House.
The event, held on Jun 24, will allow participants above the age of 18 to learn the “ins and outs of sex” in a safe space with like-minded individuals and sex therapists.
Various topics include harmful yet prevalent myths surrounding sex, helping partners enhance their pleasure, and preparing for your first time.
Attendees are encouraged to participate in these conversations as well as ask their “burning questions” and learn from the on-site experts.
There will also be a “sea of fluffy pillows” for an intimate pillow talk and a Durex-themed gachapon.
The open house will also feature interactive After-Hour Classes on Instagram. The lessons are titled “Let’s Warm Up”, “#ComeTogether Prepared” and “Sexy Facts 101”.
Some of these lessons will be conducted by guest lecturers, including online personalities Shawn Soh, Jai Kishan and Chrysan Lee.
The event will take place on Jun 24, from 10.30am to 1pm at SPECTRUM – Work, Play, Belong at 3 Fraser Street #05-28 Singapore, 189352.
The open house admission is free, though interested participants will need to reserve a slot through the event page.
