According to its Facebook post, the 19 outlets were closed due to “operational issues”.
Only the outlets in Singapore are affected, as Dunkin’ Donuts stores in the surrounding region seem to be operating as per normal.
While Dunkin’ Donuts is unable to advise a re-opening date at this time, it expects the disruption to last for about a week.
Dunkin’ Donuts promised customers with outstanding orders that they will contact them with refund details in due course, and apologised for any inconvenience caused.
