Disney+ to stream HYBE content, including exclusive new BTS docu-series

The collaboration between HYBE and Disney includes a global distribution of five major content titles.

More BTS content is coming to Disney+, announced multinational entertainment giants HYBE and The Walt Disney Company Asia Pacific on Jul 12. 

The collaboration includes the global distribution of five major content titles, three of which feature international pop icons BTS. 

ARMY can look forward to the concert film BTS: PERMISSION TO DANCE ON STAGE – LA. This film documents BTS’ live concert in Los Angeles in November 2021, which was the first time the band reunited with their fans after two years of COVID-19. 

Also coming to the streaming service is an original docu-series titled BTS MONUMENTS: BEYOND THE STAR. In the series, fans will watch BTS’ journey and growth over the last nine years, from a small group to international superstardom. The series will be available exclusively on Disney+ next year. 

The two shows will join travel reality series IN THE SOOP: FRIENDCATION, a spin-off of HYBE’s IN THE SOOP series. 

Park Ji-won, CEO of HYBE said: “This will be the start of a long-term collaboration, where we present worldwide audiences a wide range of HYBE content for fans who love our music and artists.”
