A Night of Disney+ will also feature performances by local celebrities Nathan Hartono, Benjamin Kheng and Annette Lee.
In case you haven’t heard, Disney+ is coming to Singapore on Feb 23.
And they’re celebrating their highly-anticipated launch with an event spectacular.
On Feb 24 at 8pm, A Night of Disney+ will premiere on multiple channels and platforms, including Mediacorp’s Channel 5 and Channel 8, meWATCH, StarHub Ch 111/825 and the Disney+ Singapore Facebook page.
The event will be headlined by Mandopop singer JJ Lin. It also features performances by other local singers Nathan Hartono, Benjamin Kheng and Annette Lee.
The launch event will be held at Marina Bay Sands, with its grand finale including AR image projections of some famous Disney characters on the surrounding buildings.
At its launch, Disney+ will have over 650 films and 15,000 episodes of content – including shows from its six content brands Disney, Marvel, Star Wars, Pixar, National Geographic and Star.
The streaming service is available for $11.98 a month or $119.98 a year, and will be available on mobile and connected devices.
