CPF launches application on financial literacy with three mini-games and prizes
Those who successfully complete the challenges can redeem a reusable coffee cup.
A new mobile application focusing on financial literacy has been launched by the Central Provident Fund (CPF) Board as part of their continued efforts to engage youths.
Titled Game On! Adulting with CPF, the application aims to help tertiary students and young adults jumpstart their financial journey and prepare them for adulthood.
To appeal to the students, CPF has incorporated gamification techniques into the application while focusing on important concepts such as compound interest, delayed gratification and prudent spending.
The application comprises three fast-paced challenges – Hard to Stomach, Better Together and Fulfil Your Needs.
If you successfully complete the challenges, you will receive a unique QR code that can be used to redeem a reusable coffee cup at different vending machines in Singapore.
The CPF Game On! vending machines are situated at Downtown East and CPF Bishan Service Centre till 30 Jun 2022.
The application is available for download on the App Store and the Google Playstore.
