Get ready for larger-than-life dinosaur fun at Changi Jurassic Adventure, the first evening puzzle hunt organised as part of the Jurassic Mile light-up 2022.

Held on Dec 10 from 5pm, the 3.5km geo-location-based puzzle hunt race will take place along the Changi Airport Park Connector at Changi Jurassic Mile.

During the activity, participants have to navigate five zones and explore and unlock over 30 checkpoints on a race application, with festive neon lights set up along the trail.

After warming up, participants will be flagged off in intervals of 10 minutes from 5pm to 6pm at Zone 1, Hub & Spoke, and make their way to Zone 2’s Dino Tour where they will complete a dino quiz on the race app.

Several photo spots will also be highlighted on the app at Zone 3 Insta Time, where participants can make use of Augmented Reality filters to take pictures with the dinosaurs.

As they near the finish line, participants can kick back and relax at Zone 4 Carnival and pick up a few treats before heading down to Zone 5 Dino Glow, where they can catch the 2022 edition of the Jurassic Mile Festive light-up to end off the puzzle hunt and claim a finisher medal.

The first 500 participants who sign up can enjoy early bird rates for a single entry ($39.90) for both kids and adults, or a bundle of four ($150) for either four adults or two adults and two children.

Those above 18 will need to download the 42Race application on their mobile devices, while children aged five to 18 will be provided a physical map if they do not own a smartphone.

The first three thousand signups will be eligible to receive a Jewel-Rassic Quest Ticket.

Changi Jurassic Adventure also includes a Virtual Run or Ride challenge for those who prefer to complete it in their own time. This challenge will run from Dec 12 and Jan 31, 2023.

Cyclists who opt for the Virtual Ride are encouraged to complete the Great Singapore Cycle route, which starts from Changi Jurassic Mile.

Different race packs will be given to participants. Those who signed up for the Virtual run will receive the event tee, drawstring bag, dino towel and medal, while participants of the Virtual Ride will be given a finisher sticker pack instead of the medal on top of the other items.
