BTS and TWICE to perform at 31st Lotte Duty Free Family Concert on May 16
The free virtual event is set to bring in some of the biggest K-pop acts.
Lotte Duty Free has announced the details for their upcoming 31st Lotte Duty Free Family Concert that will be aired on May 16 at 5pm KST (4pm, Singapore time).
Due to the ongoing pandemic, this year’s concert will be streamed online on TikTok in a pre-recorded manner – similar to its 30th edition last year.
This year’s concert includes a star-studded lineup of artists including BTS, TWICE, ITZY, TOMORROW X TOGETHER, and Super Junior D&E. The special stage emcee will be Shindong from Super Junior.
The slogan for this year’s concert – “Meet the green vibes, greet the duty free life” – aims to encourage people to protect the environment if they wish to protect travelling.
The concert will be broadcasted in six different languages including English, Chinese, Korean and Vietnamese. Subtitles will also be made available at the event.
To access the event, all viewers must be a Lotte Online Duty Free member. They can log in or register as a member via the Lotte Duty Free website between Apr 20 to May 15.
An access code for the concert will be sent via email to all applicants twice – after registration and subsequently from May 10 onwards.
The admission code can be entered on TikTok from May 10 at 10am KST (9am, Singapore time). Do note that each admission code can only be used with one TikTok account and multiple logins are not allowed at the same time.

Lotte Duty Free will also collaborate with CJ Entertainment to use the latest augmented reality and extended reality technology to create a more vivid concert experience for viewers.
Lee Gap, chief executive of Lotte Duty Free said: “We prepared the 31st Family Concert based on a desire to see the recovery from COVID-19 and to emphasise the will of Lotte Duty Free for eco-friendly management.”
