Known for their freshly grilled bakkwa, Bee Cheng Hiang has decided to take it up a notch by launching their newest concoction, Bakkwa Ice Cream.
Coupled with creamy vanilla ice cream, the sweet treat includes generous chunks of bakkwa.

While this does sound like a weird combination, it definitely isn’t anything shocking.
Singapore has seen several other unorthodox flavours in the past years such as Chilli Crab, Kaya Lotee, Mango Wasabi and Parmesan Cheese & Cream Crackers.
The Bakkwa Ice Cream comes in twin packs and is priced at $10.25 each. They’re currently available at all NTUC Fairprice and Sheng Siong supermarkets, as well as selected Bee Cheng Hiang outlets.
