Surrey Hills Grocer, an all-new Australian-inspired marketplace, has opened in Jurong.

Situated at D’Arena, it is the first grocer in Singapore to launch a direct-to-boot concept. This means you can park your car in front of the store and have the staff to load your groceries into your car boot – perfect for those who prefer a seamless and contactless shopping experience.

Boasting an array of Australian-made and -grown products, local consumers can look forward to many items being made available in Singapore for the first time.

Some noteworthy exclusive brands include Rich Glen Olive Oil, a family-owned business that produces olive-oil based food and skincare range, Stonebarn Truffle, the largest commercial truffle producer in West Australia, and Koko Black, an iconic premium Australian chocolate that will be making its debut in Singapore.

On top of being an Australian farm gate, Surrey Hills Grocer also hosts a florist bar and a pet-friendly cafe.

Besides serving aromatic brews and quintessential dishes, the cafe also features a bakery and popular local artisanal ice cream brand Creamier.

Co-founder of Surrey Hills Grocer, Pang Gek Teng said: “Our big dream is to become the most authentic Australian destination grocer out of Australia, and to cultivate an inclusive community that connects people from all walks of life through real food.”

Surrey Hills Grocer is located at 511 Upper Jurong Road, in D’Arena. It operates from 11am to 3pm, and 6pm to 9pm on Tuesdays to Sundays.

From February, customers can also access their full range of products online via their website.
