Asia’s first snow, surf and skate attraction to open in Somerset by 2023

By 2023, you’ll be able to scale mountains and surf the seas in a day, within a single space.

Conceptualised and developed by Singapore-based adventure sports company The Ride Side, Trifecta will be Asia’s first snow, surf, and skate attraction, housing all three arenas under one roof in Somerset. The entire attraction will span over 49,600 sqft.

Inspired by the snowy slopes of Japan, the waves of Bali, and the skate bowls of California, Trifecta aims to offer a thrilling experience to locals, tourists, and especially youths.

The skate arena will house the world’s first hybrid skate bowl designed for skateboarding and surf skating, making it the first skate bowl in Somerset, and the first surfskate circuit in Singapore. IMAGE CREDIT: THE RIDE SIDE

To encourage youths to immerse themselves in these action sports, they will be able to enjoy a Youth Pass, where participants under 21 years old will be able to purchase discounted one-day tickets and access passes.

National Athletes will also be entitled to discounts via the Athlete Pass, to encourage them to use Trifecta as a training ground.

Prices for tickets and the passes have not been announced yet.

“We are thrilled to share our passion for snowboarding, skiing, surfing, and skating with everyone, and we hope that by challenging them with new experiences, we will also be able to provide them with a new avenue for self-expression,” said co-founder of The Ride Side, Daphne Goh.
