‘Happier Than Ever: A Love Letter To Los Angeles’ will be released on Sep 3.
American singer Billie Eilish’s concert film will be released on Disney+ Sep 3.
The film, called Happier Than Ever: A Love Letter to Los Angeles is meant to accompany the release of her second album, Happier Than Ever, which will be out on Jul 30.
The Grammy award winner will perform every song from Happier Than Ever in sequential order for the first time.
The film is directed by Robert Rodriguez and Oscar-winner Patrick Osborne and will include animated elements that will take viewers through Billie’s Los Angeles hometown and its most well-known backdrops.
Happier than Ever: A Love Letter to Los Angeles will feature her brother FINNEAS, the Los Angeles Children’s Chorus, the Los Angeles Philharmonic conducted by Music and Artistic Director Gustavo Dudamel, and world renowned Brazilian guitarist, Romero Lubambo, with Orchestra Arrangements by David Campbell.
“Disney is incredibly iconic, so to collaborate on something like this is a huge honor. To be able to present my album in this way and dedicate it to the city that I love and grew up in is so exciting to me. I hope you love it,” Billie Eilish said.
