From small pasar malam stalls to larger chain outlets, here are some places you can get your raya clothes for the festive season.
Contrary to popular belief, you do not need to spend a fortune on clothes to look good.
For those who are on a budget and looking for a new outfit for this year’s Hari Raya celebration, here are seven places where you can find affordable Raya clothes.
1. First Lady @ Tanjong Katong Complex
First Lady is an outlet that caters to everyone regardless of age and gender. It offers affordable baju kurung and dresses for the ladies and baju melayu for the gents in an array of colours.
There are also matching outfits for families with children’s pieces starting from $19.95.

The outlet is open daily from 11am to 8pm at 810 Geylang Road, Tanjong Katong Complex.
2. Uniqlo
Uniqlo’s new LifeWear essentials are suitable for those who prioritise comfort for the raya occasion especially in Singapore’s heat.
The collection caters to both adults and children, and includes a range of items from baju melayu and batik tops to shirring skirts and accessories.

Shoppers can use UNIQLO’s same-day Click and Collect service where they can collect their raya items after purchase at any UNIQLO outlet if they place their order before 12pm.
3. La Vie @ Geylang bazaar
Beyond being a haven for foodies, the Geylang bazaar also has an abundance of clothing stores.
