67 cable car cabins to be decked out in Pokémon designs for Mount Faber Line’s 50th anniversary
Pokémon merchandise will also be sold at the Mount Faber Line gift shop.
From May to September, 67 Pokémon-themed cable car cabins at the Mount Faber Line will be decorated with Pokémons.
This is part of the Line’s 50th anniversary celebrations.
The cabins will feature five different interior designs, each themed around first-generation Pokémon Pikachu and Eevee, as well as Sprigatito, Fuecoco, and Quaxly from the latest Pokémon video games.

Pokemon merchandise will also be made available at the Mount Faber Line gift shop, said the Mount Faber Leisure Group.

Visitors can also pose for photo opportunities at a vibrant assemblage of newly-installed light decorations and Pokémon cardboard cutouts at Mount Faber Station.

After exploring the panoramic views on the cable cars, visitors can indulge in a special meal at Arbora Hilltop Garden & Bistro, where Executive Chef Robert Chan will offer a preview of its upcoming new menu.

Tickets to the Singapore Cable Car are available at counters and on the Mount Faber Leisure Group’s website.
Tickets will be priced at $35 for adults and $25 for children aged between 4 and 12 for a round-trip ride on the Mount Faber Line and Sentosa Line. Children aged 3 and below can ride for free.
Visitors can also choose to do a $10 top up for one-day unlimited rides.
All over-the-counter purchases of Mount Faber Line cable car tickets and bundles will also entitle visitors to a complimentary Pokémon-themed sun visor, while stocks last.

Visitors can also win a free mango or strawberry-flavoured ice-cream by taking part in a social media giveaway.
They will be tasked to post photos of themselves with at least two different Pokémon featured on the Singapore Cable Car on their personal Instagram or Facebook accounts with the hashtag #SGCableCar50 and tag @MountFaberLeisure.
Their complimentary ice-cream can be redeemed at the Singapore Cable Car Gift Shop at Mount Faber Peak and Singapore Cable Car Gift Shop at Imbiah Lookout.
The giveaway is limited to one redemption per visitor and while stocks last.
The Mount Faber Line, which serves travel between Mount Faber and Sentosa, first opened in 1974. It has served more than 60 million visitors over the years.
The 50th anniversary, which falls in February 2024, will see a year-long celebration. More activities and F&B delights will be announced later in the year, said the Mount Faber Leisure Group.
