5 aesthetic Bondee room designs to reflect your personality
Make the most of the limited space you have.
The social networking app Bondee has exploded in popularity recently, with users posting their friend codes and avatars all over social media.
The app allows users to customise an avatar and a room of their own, as well as chat with friends and interact with their avatars.
As with any app that allows customisation, the options provided in Bondee can get overwhelming if you don’t know where to start. If you’re looking for some inspiration, here are five ideas for how to decorate your Bondee room.
1. Turn it into an office cubicle
Working from home and missing the office environment? Now you can recreate an office space in Bondee to carry around with you.

If you feel like being more of a messy worker, there’s also disorganised bookshelf and file cabinet furniture items that you can swap in. There are also different office desk colours that you can choose from.
Just make sure you keep the calendar in as a reminder that you can never run from your deadlines.
2. Set up the space for your inner gym rat
You can create your dream home gym in Bondee with workout equipment. They even have a chair covered in towels that is perfect for creating a rest area.

Although the punching bag doesn’t have any special interactions, you can drag your avatar over to the treadmill to get them started on a running session.
Remember to add a water cooler as it is important to stay hydrated when you work out. An exhaust fan is also important – you don’t want the room smelling of sweat after you’re done. You can even add the exhaust fan sound effect to your room to make it more immersive.
3. Jam along with a garage band
Instruments can cause an ungodly amount of noise, especially in our housing estates where everyone lives close to one another. Luckily, you don’t need to worry about that in Bondee.

You can add up to three instruments as well as a microphone, and each item comes with a unique interaction when you drag your avatar over to them. None of the interactions seem to produce any sound, though.
The walls of the room can also be decorated with customised band posters if you want – just add in a poster and upload an image and you’re all set.
4. Customise your own student accommodation
One of the most relatable rooms on this list – the student’s bedroom in the middle of exam week.

You can swap out the bed and window for darker coloured or messier versions, depending on what you like. There’s also space on the walls for more photos and posters if you want to put them up.
Exam week can be stressful, but it’s important to make sure you get adequate sleep so you don’t oversleep on exam day. You can use this room to remind yourself to get a good rest if you tend to get carried away with preparations.
5. Unleash your inner (struggling) artist
The biggest nightmare for any artist is facing an art block, so of course the best way to deal with it is to immortalise it in your Bondee room.

Of course, as with any painter’s room, there has to be two cups – one for coffee, and one for paint water. Just make sure not to drink out of the wrong one.
Unfortunately, there is currently no way to accurately depict an artist in Bondee as there is no option to give your avatar eyebags, so this is probably as close as you can get to reality.
