3,740 BTOs flat launched by HDB for February 2021

These flats spread across four towns - Bukit Batok, Tengah, Toa Payoh and Kallang Whampoa.

A total of 3,740 Build-To-Order (BTO) flats have been launched for sale by the Housing Development Board (HDB) on Thursday (Feb 4). 

These flats spread across seven housing projects in four estates, including mature estates Toa Payoh and Kallang Whampoa. 

In Toa Payoh, there are three new BTO projects offered in the launch. 

Bartley GreenRise, named after the different levels of greenery within the precinct, comprises three residential blocks with staggered heights of 11 to 17 storeys. There are 387 units of three-room and four-room flats on offer.

At ParkEdge @ Bidari, there are 476 four-room and five-room units available. It is estimated to compete in the first quarter of 2025. At Alkaff Breeze, there are 353 four-room and five-room units available. It is estimated to complete in the second quarter of 2024.

All projects in Toa Payoh come with a childcare centre facility, which will make it convenient for families with young children, or are planning to have children in due time.

The prices for the flats in Toa Payoh start from $312,000 for a three-room flat, $464,000 for a four-room flat and $611,000 for a five-room flat. 

In Kallang Whampoa, 626 two-room flexi, three-room and four-room flats are up for grabs at McNair Heights. Prices start from $117,000 for a two-room flexi flat and $532,000 for a four-room flat. McNair Heights is estimated to be completed in the second quarter of 2026. 

There are two new BTO projects offered in non-mature estate Bukit Batok. 

Harmony Village @ Bukit Batok, which is bounded by Bukit Batok West Avenue 6 and 9, has 169 units of community care apartments in a 15-storey residential block. Each community care apartment will come with pre-installed floor and wall finishes, fittings, and senior-friendly design features.

These flats are offered to seniors (aged 65 and above) on short leases between 15 and 35 years (in 5-year increments). Residents will have access to an activity centre, strolling paths, a community garden, and fitness stations to keep a healthy and active lifestyle.

The prices for the community care apartments start from $52,000 and is estimated to be completed in the second quarter of 2024. 

At West Hill @ Bukit Batok, there are 962 two-room flexis, three, four and five room flats. The project is located near Princess Elizabeth Primary School and Bukit Batok Secondary  School.

The transportation network serving the town includes Bukit Batok and Bukit Gombak MRT stations, a bus interchange, and the Pan Island Expressway (PIE). 

There is also a range of shopping and dining amenities at heartland malls such as Bukit Batok West Shopping Centre and West Mall. 

The prices for these flats start from $101,000 for a two-room flexi, $175,000 for a three-room flat, $260,000 for a four-room flat and $384,000 for a five-room flat. The estimated completion date is in the second quarter of 2026.

There is also one housing project on offer at Tengah, the first town to integrate housing developments with the area’s surrounding greenery and biodiversity. 

Parc Woods @ Tengah comprises five residential blocks ranging from 12 to 14 storeys and has 767 two-room flexis, three and four-room flats. 

The prices for these flats start from $110,000 for a two-room flexi and $209,000 for a three-room flat. The estimated completion date is in the first quarter of 2025.

Applications for the flats begin today and will close on Feb 10, 11.59pm. They will be allocated through balloting.
