1. The Fullerton Hotel’s North Pole Mailbox Log Cake
Decorated and shaped to look like a mailbox, the North Pole Mailbox Log Cake consists of Araguani 70 per cent chocolate ganache, Gianduja crème, praline butter, crunchy Giresun hazelnut praline and feuilletine.

The cake is available for purchase now via The Fullerton Hotel’s website. Customers are required to order the cake four days in advance, and the last day for placing orders is Dec 22.
The cake is only available for self-collection from Nov 14 to Dec 27, between 11am and 7pm at The Fullerton Cake Boutique.
2. Crowne Plaza Changi Airport’s Marshmallow Berries Yule Log cake
The Marshmallow Berries Yule Log is decorated to look like a snow-topped house. Made with handcrafted Valrhona chocolate sponge, layered with wild berry chocolate pudding, crisp feuilletine chocolate and wrapped in vanilla marshmallow, it makes for an impressive Christmas treat.

The cake can be purchased now via Crowne Plaza Changi Airport’s website, and is only available for self-collection at 75 Airport Boulevard, #01-01, Changi Airport.
3. InterContinental Singapore’s Signature Forest Cherries Yule Log cake
The Signature Forest Cherries Yule Log cake consists of dark chocolate mousse with spiced cherry confit and kirsch mousse, topped with a row of red cherries and adorned with chocolate pieces.

The cake is available for purchase now via InterContinental Singapore’s website. Customers are required to place their orders three days in advance. Orders can be collected or delivered from Nov 21 to Dec 25.
4. Shangri-La Boutique’s Triple Nutty Crunch Logcake
The Triple Nutty Crunch Logcake consists of Sachertorte sponge cake with caramelised hazelnuts, gianduja crémeux, hazelnut praline mousse and hazelnut praline crunch.

The cake is available for purchase now via Shangri-La Boutique’s website, where the allergen information for the cake can also be found. Customers are required to place their orders three days in advance, and orders can be collected or delivered from Nov 24 to Dec 25.
5. Holiday Inn’s Dulcey Yuzu Log Cake
Holiday Inn’s Dulcey Yuzu Log Cake combines Dulcey crémeux and tangy Yuzu mousse. Along with orange marmalade and almond sponge, the cake provides a sweet and sour flavour with every bite.

The cake can be purchased via Holiday Inn’s website. Customers are required to place their orders at least three days in advance, and orders are available for delivery or self-collection from Dec 1 to Jan 2.
Self-collection is available from 12pm to 8pm daily at Holiday Inn Singapore Atrium, Level 4.
6. Goodwood Park Hotel’s Beary Merry Yule Log Cake
The Beary Merry Yule Log consists of maple mascarpone enveloping layers of apple mousse and cranberry confit, set atop a nutty Pain de Gênes base and a thin layer of crumbly streusel.
It is topped with dollops of chocolate ganache, white chocolate buttons and gifts, with cute chocolate bears on both ends.

The cake can be purchased now via Goodwood Park Hotel’s website. The hotel will donate 10 per cent of the sales from Christmas log cakes to The Straits Times School Pocket Money Fund.
7. Café&Meal MUJI’s Sweet Purple Potato and Chestnut Roll Logcake
The Sweet Purple Potato and Chestnut Roll Logcake combines the sweetness of purple potato cream with candied chestnut treats on a light chestnut swiss roll.
Christmas decorations can be added to the cake upon request, but the designs are selected at random.

The cake can be pre-ordered now at any Café&Meal MUJI outlet. Customers are required to place their orders at least three days in advance, and the last date for pre-order is on Dec 20. All pre-orders are for self-collection only.
