X-CITE Wellbeing Mentoring
X-CITE supports youths who want to learn skills to improve their mental resilience, want some guidance with careers/school, or experiencing stressors.
Attendees will be matched into small groups with our trained wellbeing mentors who come from a variety of professional backgrounds, from banking and finance, healthcare, to arts and design. They are skilled in facilitating an evidence-based wellbeing program that has been shown to improve wellbeing.
Mentoring will be done in small-group settings of 2 trained mentors with 4 youth mentees, meeting once a month, over 9 sessions.
First session of Cohort 2 is on Sat, 28 Oct, 10am – 12nn, at Tzu Chi Youth Centre’s Great Hall.
