Aprons on and green thumbs out! Join popular local influencers Rosalyn Lee (better known as Rozz), Munah Bagharib (famously one-half of the comedy duo Munah Hirzi) and Haresh Tilani (of Ministry of Funny fame) as they battle it out to see who’s the expert at reducing food waste, identifying weird vegetables, and creating cool recipes from food scraps.
Viewers that participate by commenting stand a chance to win food bundles and growing kits from social enterprises supported by the DBS Foundation, worth up to SGD 100 each!
We’ll also be launching the latest episode of DBS’ award-winning mini-series, Sparks Season 2: A Call to Action. Filmed entirely in video conference format due to Covid-19 restrictions, this episode of Sparks is inspired by DBS’ social enterprise and NGO partners who are working tirelessly to address problems related to food security and food waste.
Guest-starring Point of Entry’s Carl Ng, and MasterChef Asia finalist Lennard Yeong, watch as the dynamic team of DBS bankers, led by Adrian Pang’s Chester Teo, band together to create solutions to reduce, recycle and redistribute food waste!
