A TEDx talk event on the overarching theme of sustainability
TEDxYouth@Singapore 2021 returns with a TEDx talk event on the overarching theme of sustainability. How can our youth play a part in a future where sustainability inevitably will take centre stage? The narrative and discourse for our country have always been centred on limited resources and scarcity. In 2021, we live in a world where creativity and innovation abound. Coupled with a growing consciousness of sustainability and responsibility to the world and city we live in, there is so much potential to discover and tap on in reimagining our future city.
This year, as we navigate the uncertain and unknown, we want to explore the limits we are facing, and importantly, the limits that we have gone, and can go beyond. < Our City, Beyond Limits > will bring together speakers from diverse backgrounds and professional fields to converge on the notion of a sustainable future. Years from now, what will our city look like? How can our youth build our City Beyond Limits? We invite you to find or create your own answers with us. Expect to hear from: Charlotte Mei, Nutritionist and Host Priyanka Shahra, Social Entrepreneur | CEO of Swapaholic Firdaus Sani, Storyteller, Indigenous Culture Advocate | Founder of Orang Laut SG AND the winning ideas from the Ideathon that just concluded on 1st August! We are bringing all these brilliant ideas to you – all in one place, in the comfort of your home.Â
Ticket sales are open now with limited tickets available – jio a friend and purchase a buddy bundle! The more the merrier. Purchase yours at https://ourcitybeyondlimits.
