Green Market: Say No to Food Waste
Learn about food waste, how it is formed, the resources required to produce food and how to play a more active role in reducing food waste.
‘Say No to Food Waste’ is a brand-new educational programme for children presented by CapitaLand volunteers. Expect fun and games as participants learn about food waste, how it is formed, the resources required to produce food and how to play a more active role in reducing food waste.
The Green Market is a bi-annual event celebrating sustainable living as a community and connects us with green groups and initiatives that you can support. As part of CapitaLand’s Let’s Get Down to Earth 2022, the Green Market presents World Water Day! The theme spotlights a precious resource, illuminating the ways we connect with it and the impact of our actions.
From 19 to 20 Mar 2022, Green Market: World Water Day offers various interactive events and activities that you can access online and on-site at Choa Chu Kang Public Library. Meet communities and organisations that champion various environmental causes and learn about how you can play your part too at the Green Market Showcase. The event is supported by CapitaLand Hope Foundation and Lot One Shoppers’ Mall.
