Colours in Nature: Fun with Bundle Dyeing

Through the tactile process of bundle dyeing, a natural dyeing method, get hands-on with a curated palette of materials such as turmeric, bluepea, tea, and hibiscus to create colourful textile works. Nature Shankar is a Singapore-based artist whose practice revolves around textiles and hand embroidery. Through her process-driven work, she investigates existence in its raw and often uncomfortable uncertainty by contextualising personal experiences and narratives. From 1 Apr 2021, you must register at the entrance to PIP’s PLAYbox for admission. An e-ticket is required for everyone including infant-in-arms. Slots are available on a first-come, first-served basis. More details here.
