[About the Speaker] Mrs Kiang-Koh Lai Lin is a consultant at the National Archives of Singapore (NAS). She was former director at the National Library Board, heading its reading initiatives. She ran various nationwide campaigns and promoted programmes to nurture a nation of readers. She also founded numerous reading clubs in the community.
